In order to read thoughts at a distance (and thoughts are verbal formulations), a person needs to undergo head surgery, which consists of the following:
Place a sealed analog of a quantum microphone close to the speech apparatus and
coordinating it with a radio transmitting device, and powering it from Pelte elements (a device that converts thermal energy into electrical energy), to receive the signal at a distance by a radio receiving device with a speaker.
Who knows, maybe someone has already done such operations.....
